I like how Bill AP automatically fills in some information on each bill from the uploaded invoice. It is pretty good at anticipating account codes, vendor names, and payment amounts. I love using BILL AP/AR because you can drag and drop invoices, and it preloads the invoice information like invoice number, amounts, and company names, which makes entering invoices to be paid so quick and easy. You can see all previous invoices in one place, helping to avoid double payments. I also like that you don't have to manually cut checks, as BILL AP/AR does it for you and provides an ETA for payments. I recently used the W-9 agent for sending/collecting W9s. The issue came up that not all W9s received were automatically transferred to vendor accounts as advertised. Also, I've gotten emails from vendors saying when they respond to the email, it is undeliverable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best feature currently is the expanded integration with tax1099 to securely collect W9s in platform and then transmit them to the IRS for 1099 filing.
