**What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?**

The navigation and features are easy to use. Vendor management is strong, and the transaction history is clear and helpful. I also like the secure approval features for bills, along with the ability to set up vendors for ePayment. On top of that, it offers extensive integration capabilities.

**What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?**

I’ve run into periodic challenges when trying to add authorized users to bank accounts. On top of that, the sync between BILL and QuickBooks Online sometimes has issues, which can be frustrating at times.

**What problems is BILL AP/AR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us pay bills on behalf of clients in a timely and accurate manner. It also supports multiple approval levels for bills, syncs financial data to our accounting platform quickly and easily, and enables vendors to be paid on time through the built-in inbox.

**What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?**

I love how easy to use it is and how friendly it is with everything. It's very straightforward if you want to take a look into something. Especially making payments, I think the AP part is the one that I am the happiest with because it saves a lot of time. Even creating a new vendor to add new invoices to that customer is pretty useful.

**What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?**

I would love to see improvements in merging vendors. It's a hassle when the vendor details don't work because of payment details or address errors, you have to create a new vendor for that transaction instead of changing it within the existing vendor. It's especially frustrating when the payment details are wrong the first time.

**What problems is BILL AP/AR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BILL AP/AR for managing vendor payments and tracking receivables. It consolidates vendor payments into one platform, saving me from entering transactions separately. It also lets me check invoice statuses without needing follow-ups, which is incredibly useful.

**What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?**

I love the ease of connectivity and integration with QuickBooks, which makes the setup super straightforward without needing our CSM’s help. I like having multiple tabs for different companies, which isn't usually offered by a lot of platforms—no need for multiple logins for different companies. Also, the credit card system is so awesome. After making a purchase with a bill.com card, I just upload the receipt, and it leverages AI to fill out a lot of details for me, then I choose the budget and category, and I'm done. It's super fast, about three seconds for each expense, which is really hard to find in the industry.

**What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?**

I think that there have been some issues regarding security. There was a moment where I was using the correct credentials, but because I was signing in on a new device, it would block it. It blacklisted me, but it wasn't notifying the end user that this was what was happening. It just said the credentials were incorrect. In reality, when I logged back into the other computer it was familiar with, the credentials were correct. It did cause a day of issues because I had to talk to their support team. But I didn't like that.

BILL AP/AR unifies various tools, replacing technologies like QuickBooks, and is simple to use. It's user-friendly with easy workflows for accounting, and helps me manage technology vendors effortlessly. It's our one-stop shop for processing bills, approval workflows, credit cards, and reimbursements for multiple companies.

I like using BILL AP/AR because it serves as a one stop shop for the majority of our finance needs, which is really helpful. I appreciate the payment status tracking feature, as it allows for more accurate cash forecasting. The overviews on vendor expense trends make it simple to see month over month or year over year changes in vendor spend, assisting with identifying areas where expenses can be reduced or if budgetary changes are needed. Additionally, the ease and accessibility for our employees is fantastic, enabling them to simply manage their individual budgets, submit for reimbursements, and easily upload receipts and code their own transactions. From what I understand, the initial setup was simple and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?**

I don't like that the AR side does not provide a failed send notice when an invoice is sent. This leads to delayed payments and a prolonged collections process.

**What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?**

I find BILL AP/AR to be a very easy software program to use. It's very user-friendly and integrates great with Sage Intacct, Expensify, and TravelPerk. I love that we use it to track our travel expenses through TravelPerk. The integration with Sage Intacct and Expensify means we don't have to manually enter things multiple times, which saves us a lot of manual input effort. The software also helps us manage incoming bills, outgoing invoices, and employee reimbursements efficiently through ACH, eliminating the need for cutting checks. Additionally, I like how it automatically sends reminders when invoices are past due. We have also started using the spend expense feature, which we love because it consolidates expenses onto one main credit card, while still allowing us to track spending easily by setting up separate credit card numbers for various transactions. The initial setup was very easy, and the support we received from the BILL AP/AR team was really helpful. Its overall integration and ease of use have made it a valuable tool for our daily operations.

**What problems is BILL AP/AR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BILL AP/AR for incoming bills and outgoing invoices, and I love its integration with Expensify and Intact. It sends automatic reminders for overdue invoices and lets us pay reimbursements through ACH, eliminating the need to cut checks.

**What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?**

The tool is a great way to view all invoices and send payments when desired.  The ease of paying bills is the best feature of the device.  I also appreciate that if their is a delay in payment, the system sends out alerts.

**What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?**

You have to have a license to use bill.com, where all our bills are stored.  Therefore, you must go into Bill.com to review during an audit.  The same issue arises at month's end; you have to look in two different systems to review the final numbers and confirm everything was entered correctly.

We also get payments from customers using Bill.  It is not user friendly to collect or connect.  Every time I go to connect it logs me into the AP system and I am unable to connect.  I have reached out to the customer team with no help.

**What problems is BILL AP/AR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, Bill.com supports our AP automation.  The system houses all our vendor invoices, payments, and approvals.  Since our current ERP system would not do all of these features efficiently, it was best to use a third-party tool.  This allowed for ease of bill input and approves.  Our past approval system was a nightmare; we used DocuSign to confirm all approvals.

At times, the system requires manual adjustments, particularly for returned payments or when payments and cancellations fall into two separate fiscal years. Year-end processing can require additional review and corrections. **What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?**

I like that BILL AP/AR is fairly easy to use and also very easy to train my staff on it. I appreciate the feature where it consolidates all my invoices in one place and allows me to sort by vendor and search for invoices within each vendor. I like having the option to see which payments are scheduled to go out, have already been paid, or are even canceled. It also has a summary dashboard on the very front, which I find useful. The recognition feature when uploading invoices is helpful because it picks out all the invoice and payment dates, which helps alleviate repeating or entering the same information and is a big time saver. This also reduces manual errors as I just need to check what's on the invoice against what's already been picked up, then click save invoice. I also found the initial setup very easy, just setting it up and adding users with their respective settings was straightforward.

**What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?**

I think it's just the reporting aspect. Sometimes I need some ad hoc report. For example, I want to pull a vendor showing a history of all the invoices along with if I wanna put in fields of invoice day, due date, when accounts were set to, and going as far back as possible, like, a history. Right now, there isn't a fast and easy way that BILL AP/AR has that. It does have the capability to, like, run a specialized report. Which can get frustrating sometimes. If our vendors come out and said, 'hey, I need to do AR installation,' especially when I have a particular vendor with hundreds of invoices monthly.

BILL AP/AR helps consolidate all my invoices in one place, sorts them by vendor, and manages paid or unpaid status. It saves me time by automating invoice and payment processing, and reduces manual errors, making it easier to manage vendor payments.

**What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?**

I appreciate how user friendly the Bill.com AP/AR platforms are. The credit card functions are tremendously helpful to keep our small team organized and allows staff to easily upload receipts and reconcile expenses at the end of the month. The credit card functions also have great security measures and warn you when your card is low on funds, all of which I really appreciate as an administrator for our organization. The AP side makes tracking, approving, and paying invoices much more streamlined and efficient. Bill.com has also been great about helping to streamline the 1099 filing process each year, taking a huge burden off our small team.

**What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?**

The AI automations can often get things wrong so we try to avoid using them whenever possible. We wish the fee for voiding a check wasn't so high ($25 per check) and we've also had a few issues with check payments not being received by our vendors which can be frustrating.

**What problems is BILL AP/AR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bill AP/AR helps to streamline our financial processes and is very user friendly and easy to understand. It allows us to manage AP and AR all in one easy to use platform, which has helped us to digitize our formerly manual processes. Before we implemented Bill AP / AR, all of our processes were manual and time consuming. Now things are much more streamlined and efficient.

I love being able to send international payments in many different currencies with BILL AP/AR. It's also really helpful to be able to leave comments and tag others on specific invoices for documenting relevant discussions and notes. This feature keeps the conversation directly tied to the specific invoice, which is much better than using Slack or email where conversations can get lost or aren't visible to everyone.

**What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?**

The time it takes for vendors to receive their payments sometimes seems long. While the processing date can be set for the next day, the vendor might not receive their payment for up to a week.

**What problems is BILL AP/AR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BILL AP/AR to solve missing documentation and approvals for vendor invoices. It allows sending international payments in multiple currencies and tagging others in comments for better invoice discussions. This integration is vital for managing our international subsidiaries without needing another platform.

Bill is really easy to use, and it makes tracking AP/AR simple and straightforward. The implementation process was effortless to learn and our employees were able to pick up how to use Bill fast. If I ever have a question, the live chat provides wonderful support and gives me clear and precise answers.

If a bill is deleted or changed, there’s no way to confirm that it was done or to see what was modified.

Before we started using Bill, our AP process was complicated, and it was difficult to make sure invoices were entered into our system in a timely manner. Since switching to Bill, the AP workflow has been seamless: invoices are paid on time, and everything is organized and easy to find.

Ease of processing employee expense reimbursements - do enjoy the machine learning of the invoice entry and how it pulls previous coding on past invoices entered.

Error Handling: Provide more detailed explanations for sync errors beyond the current generic messages.

GL Coding: Allow use of keyboard shortcuts or quick keys for GL account selection instead of manual dropdown navigation.

I find BILL AP/AR very easy to use and intuitive. It works well with item-level expenses, which is important for us since we split most of our expenses. The program is great for managing payments, and it seems easy for subcontractors to handle their e-payments. It's a huge timesaver for processing invoices and payments; I used to spend a long time printing checks, but now I can handle a batch of payments in less than a minute, which is incredibly efficient. Additionally, e-payments allow my subcontractors to get paid within two or three days, and they really appreciate the quick payments. The initial setup was very easy and fast, needing little effort on our side. The routing of invoicing to the appropriate approvers and the ability to recode things to different cost codes within construction projects are features we find really nice and helpful.

It's very unfortunate that the images and PDF files of the invoices don't automatically sync to QuickBooks. That is frustrating. I like that my builders can approve the invoice when they have time and then I know to pay it. I just click to pay, choose the bank account I want to pay from and send. It's extremely helpful that Bill notifies my vendors that their invoice has been entered and also notifies them when the payment has been set up. This eliminates a lot of phone calls asking me if we've received an invoice or if the invoice has been set up for payment.

**What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?**

I don't like untangling transactions between QuickBooks and BILL AP/AR if something goes wrong with a payment. It's not a simple, easy process. You have to 'Unmatch' the transaction in QuickBooks, which creates problems if you've already reconciled your books for a month, and then go into BILL AP/AR and SYNC, then go into BILL AP/AR and straighten out the payment and then force a SYNC. It causes a lot of errors and you usually have to get on Chat with tech support. If a vendor sends an invoice directly through BILL AP/AR, it sometimes doesn't show an invoice number. It's like it translates the vendor's invoice template into BILL AP/AR format.

I use BILL AP/AR for both AP and AR, and it streamlines the payout process for around 500 people per cycle. It effectively reduces the back-and-forth chaos, making it easier to manage payments. I'm able to upload and store W9 information, which allows me to view correct vendor info in one place when it comes time to file 1099s. It also helps me verify any changes vendors make to their profiles. On the customer side, BILL AP/AR provides an easy way to keep track of payments coming in, which helps me keep track of cash flow by seeing what payments are going to hit our account soon.

**What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?**

The new 1099 filing is a bit messy, and it doesn't allow me to only select the ones I want to file, which didn't work for me to use this year. Our vendors often put our company name in the company name field, causing issues when people search and attempt to connect to us. The inability to sort and select only vendors over $600 caused a big headache. If 'business' is selected in the vendor entry, it flags the TIN if not an EIN, and switching it to 'individual' wipes out the TIN. Setting each individual vendor up gets to be a lot, and we're looking for a better integration so our vendors don't have to set up an account twice.

It's also convenient because it simplifies the process to just clicks of a button unlike some of our other companies that have more manual processes. Managing multiple physical locations is key for our needs, and I generally have had good success with the online chat/help feature when I run into a hurdle.

My sole complaint would be the Sync with QuickBooks. It can get confusing and frustrating when it doesn't sync. It winds up being a major hurdle to my day if it doesn’t sync... instead of moving on to the next task, I have to start the support process, which again has usually worked but it can be time consuming. Maybe if I had more control on how to fix myself? I have a few bills in our "unpaid" queue right now, that actually have been paid manually. If I could just delete those on my own and be "good", that would be helpful but historically it messes up the sync so I wind up just leaving them out there.

Going back to how I noticed the AI is beginning to recognize our expense allocations, since it is relatively new it is not always detected by the AI and I'm excited for it to improve. I've also noticed in our company's year closing process there tends to be syncing errors and that some bills or payments do not sync with QuickBooks, I hope those syncing errors decrease overtime. Additionally, we also use BILL AP to refund our clients but sometimes the mailed check is unable to deliver and the check reissue fee is quite steep and the reason for failure to deliver is vague. We are starting to lean away from relying on BILL to refund our clients.

I like how BILL AP/AR allows us to handle payments to continually updating list of vendors by importing batches of vendors and bills. This feature really saves us a lot of time. I appreciate how simple it is to see exactly what information is syncing to exactly which fields both in the imports features and also they sync with QBO. One of the things I've liked best about BILL AP/AR for the last few years is their quick customer service. Whenever I have an issue, I could usually get a callback within minutes, though lately, this has not been the case.

**What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?**

I really hope that they will go back to their previous model of customer service calls where you request a call and they call you back within minutes. Lately, the calls have been taking hours to come back, which is horribly disappointing and usually ends up ineffective at solving my issue. Another challenge comes in the importing process for vendor accounts. Email needs to be a unique identifier or at least a flagged alert before overwriting. I've had problems with vendor accounts overwriting each other because the imported vendor account has the same name. This leads to a same name new vendor email and mailing address being written over old vendor's email and mailing address. However old vendor's epay and banking details are still active, so the new vendor is never invited to set up their own account and old vendor receives new vendor's payment. This ONLY happens when importing batches of vendors, but it is a really serious problem. We have to implement our own complex screening process because of it, and we have been reminding Bill.com about this problem for years.

I use BILL AP/AR to import batches of vendors and bills weekly, which saves us a lot of time. They manage and maintain over 15,000 vendors for us, giving all those vendors the option to set up and maintain their own banking details for ACH direct deposit payments without us ever taking on the liability of having their bank details. We appreciate the bank level security and encryption that Bill.com provides and maintains. This allows us to focus our time and energy in the operations of our own business.

I like that BILL AP/AR allows me to schedule bill payments easily. Whether a bill is due in thirty or fifteen days, I can schedule the payment as soon as I receive the bill. This way, I don't have to worry about remembering to pay the bill on time. It helps me keep track of my cash flow and allows me to set the payment for a date that is optimal for my cash position in the bank. I also find it really easy for our vendors to use; we just send them a link, and BILL AP/AR sends them the setup information.

I think they can report better on how the bills are paid. When we make a payment, it comes out of my bank account as one big transaction instead of as individual payments. I know there's a feature to change that, but it would be helpful if that feature was easily found. The platform is more intuitive than some of the other accounting software out there, so I prefer to use BILL AP/AR as my guide. It allows the sync to happen daily, and I appreciate just having to check in when there's any discrepancies. I also think the initial setup was pretty seamless.

One of the things that needs improvement or a build-out is the capability of coding line items to different locations on the AP platform. Oftentimes, we have bills that come in that are specific to different locations. BILL AP/AR does not allow us the functionality to allocate separate line items to multiple locations. Our business does not use classes as they are sometimes unnecessary, but this is an area of improvement that I think can be very, very beneficial. Right now, it forces me to do a manual journal entry in my accounting software to split the bill amongst different locations.

**What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?**

I like that BILL AP/AR is user-friendly and easy to use. The latest 1099 filing feature has been super helpful, and it's not that expensive. I also find that it keeps us in compliance, and the approval process makes it easy for me to look at what invoices need to be approved and what needs to be added on the next payment run.

**What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?**

I think sometimes BILL AP/AR doesn't let me search the invoice number. And then I have to go to a roundabout way of searching the vendor name and then finding the invoice number there. So if there could be a search bar where I type in the invoice number and it pop up, that would be a great improvement.

**What problems is BILL AP/AR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BILL AP/AR to ensure our vendors are paid on time and it's easy to approve invoices. The approval process helps me manage what needs approval and keeps us in compliance. It also simplifies 1099 filing, making it user-friendly and affordable.

**What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?**

I like the API interface because it uses historical invoice coding and descriptions to populate information for new invoices. This feature helps me update invoice descriptions to reflect dates listed on the invoice and allows me to allocate invoice amounts between GL accounts based on what I have entered previously. BILL AP/AR also allows me to handle the entire company's AP process by myself, a task that would historically require a team.

**What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?**

I don't like filtering the inbox to remove spam and fraudulent invoices. Sometimes it will also populate an invoice with the wrong vendor. Our Bill.com inbox receives a lot of correspondence from vendors attempting to sell us their products. If Bill could recognize and remove these so I don't ever see them in the bill inbox, it would be helpful.

BILL AP/AR lets me handle the company's entire AP process solo, a task that usually requires a team. The API uses historical data to quickly populate new invoices.

I find BILL AP/AR to be an easy platform to use, which is really nice. It's convenient because multiple people can access it at the same time, and you can have approvers or just people reviewing things. It works great whether you have a large team or a very small team. Adding new vendors is a simple process. The platform provides immense value for us, especially since we have a part-time accounting team and limited resources. The tools available make it easy for anyone to jump in and figure things out without needing a complex SOP. Plus, the cost is a lot better than what we had before with QuickBooks, and the ease of use is a big plus.

**What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?**

I like the speed and accuracy of the system in BILL AP/AR. The invoice reading AI and coding save a lot of time, which is quite efficient. All I need to do is send the invoice, and the AI automatically reads key data and inputs it into the form for booking in our ERP system, taking just 5 seconds. The coding and syncing features are great, along with the ability to manage all my payments from one place. The initial setup was very easy, and the agent was very helpful, plus the customer service has very fast response times.

**What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?**

Multi-entity capabilities not available and 1099 reports should automatically exclude voided payments or virtual card payments.

**What problems is BILL AP/AR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BILL AP/AR for approvals, scheduling payments, and record keeping. The AI invoice reading and coding save a lot of time, handling key data entry in 5 seconds. I like the speed, accuracy, and centralized payment management.

I like the ease of paying vendors on one platform rather than having to use multiple platforms before joining BILL AP/AR, especially when dealing with both domestic and international vendors. I also appreciate the responsive support, where if I'm having an issue, I can chat or request a call and within minutes, my problem is being resolved. Additionally, I really like the fact that when I make a payment through BILL AP/AR, it emails my vendor to let them know a payment is on its way. The initial setup was very easy and quick.

**What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?**

The only fault I've seen so far is if an international vendor uses an intermediate bank, we can't use BILL AP/AR to pay them.

BILL AP/AR makes paying international vendors easier and safer by letting them set up their accounts independently. I like paying both domestic and international vendors on one platform and getting quick support when needed. It also notifies vendors about payments, which is super handy.

I find BILL AP/AR very easy to use, which is a big plus for me. Its ease of payment and approval system saves a lot of time. I really appreciate the transparency it offers and its great reporting capabilities. The syncing to QuickBooks is fantastic and makes everything so convenient. A standout feature is the tagging of vendors as 1099 and the ability to request W9 forms, which means I no longer need to handle this task manually. Also, the initial setup was easy and fast, a welcome change from other systems.

I wish reimbursements would also sync to QuickBooks Desktop and I also wish 1099 had a reporting feature and a 1096 available.

BILL AP/AR provides transparency, ease of payment and approval, reporting, and syncs to QuickBooks. It's easy to use and automates tasks like tagging vendors as 1099 and requesting W9s, so I no longer need to do these manually.

I like BILL AP/AR for being user friendly. It's nice to have the invoice images pull through from email, which adds convenience and efficiency to the process.

**What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?**

I need an accounting date instead of just the invoice date. The AP aging reporting could be better as it always seems to be off. It's necessary to be able to mark payments as 'always pay offline' for auto debits so they aren’t paid by mistake, but we can still have the invoice record keeping in the system. The stale dated checks force us to do manual JEs in QuickBooks as they always stale date in a prior period, so a better process is needed. Credits are not very visible, and we sometimes forget to review and apply them. We need a better system to upload vendor data.

I use BILL AP/AR for automated invoicing. It's user-friendly and nicely pulls invoice images from email.

Ease of use, it's very intuitive and doesn't make you guess where to find what you want. Ability to get in touch with a customer servie representative when needed (especially the call back feature) and their knowlege when they help you.

**What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?**

My bill.com interfaces with Quickbooks. Even after nearly daily use for three years, if I ever have a payment expire in Bill.com (never cashed, etc) it's a bear to get it cancelled or voided in Quickbooks and the two to sync up again. I wish once it cancelled or voided in Bill it automatically did so in Quickbooks as well. Maybe I just don't know what I"m doing, but it throws my reconciliation off when that happens.

It takes care of mailing the physical check out and keeps me from having to print them, have them signed and mail out., which is what we did up until just 3 years or so ago.

I like that everything is in one spot - that I can review, pay etc etc, that other people can access and review bills. The proof of payment has been easy to use as well - that is important when you're working in a nonprofit and have to report on grant spending.

sometimes it's not intuitive or user friendly - I've had a lot of issues with the AI features and lack of customizable features. For example, I needed to be able to change the name that showed up on proof of payment and there was no way to do that.

The system handles a lot for me upfront—from reading the invoice, to entering dates and amounts, to remembering prior coding. That ease of bill entry saves me a lot of precious time.

**What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?**

Tracking the status of bills can feel a bit cumbersome. When I hover over a bill, I can see who needs to approve it right now, but it would also be great to know who needs to approve it next. That would make it much easier to gauge how far along the bill is in the approval cycle without having to click into the bill each time.

**What problems is BILL AP/AR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to struggle to get approvals completed on time, but with the approval workflows in place, the right people are now approving, and approvers receive reminders whenever there’s a delay. This has saved us immeasurably—both in team time and by helping us avoid penalties or interest from late payments.

I love being able to use electronic approving and routing with BILL AP/AR. It's great for our small team with a lot of payables to handle everything electronically. I find it easy to use, approve, and add comments on the desktop version. I really appreciate that I can pay vendors through ACH without any fees.

**What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?**

I would like if the notes section was more prominent in the app. My customers I am paying are not able to update their account info or switch from ACH to Virtual card. This is frustrating. We have had to contact BILL AP/AR for this. It also has an issue with syncing the vendor credits with check payments with Quickbooks Online.

BILL AP/AR helps me avoid cutting paper checks and contacting our team in person for invoice approvals. I love using electronic approvals and routing, which is great for our small team handling many payables, making it easy to approve and pay vendors via ACH without fees.

The automation features save an incredible amount of time, especially with invoice routing, approvals, and syncing directly with our accounting system.

**What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?**

I like that BILL AP/AR keeps the time spent on managing invoices and packing slips to a minimum. It does a decent job of sorting these documents, which means I don't have to search through my files if I need to look for a specific invoice. I just go to BILL AP/AR, sort by vendor, and look at all the invoices or documents associated with that vendor. This makes it pretty easy to find any information I need, like prices or costs, or check some old packing slip to verify if something came in and how much we paid. It significantly reduces the time spent on these tasks and helps to rectify any mistakes by allowing us to go back to the invoices and see what we actually spent on a specific item.

**What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?**

I like that BILL AP/AR is a one-stop shop to take a look at our payments, outstanding and paid invoices, and it's simple to use for someone who doesn't live and breathe accounting like me. It consolidates all of our accounts payable into one place, gives our accountant an easy way to pay, and provides access to easy reporting. We also use Bill.com's spend and expense (formerly Divvy) and like it very much for budgeting spend for departments and employees. The biggest thing for us as a small team is having everything we need easily accessible and organized. Additionally, we use Stripe for our customer payments and Xero for reporting, which works well with BILL.

Nothing comes to mind, though our use case is very simple

I think the design of BILL AP/AR is really nice, and the user experience works well. It's very easy to navigate and find the things I might be looking for. I appreciate the clean, modern design. It's well organized, making it easy to find things and to collaborate with coworkers who are part of the review and approval process. It houses everything in one place, which is helpful when several staff need to review and approve bills. It's also very easy to look up vendors and see what we've paid them in the past, acting as a well-organized repository of our payment history. The whole process is streamlined and all in one place now.

Sometimes it's a little hard to navigate to the initial page where the bills waiting for approval are located. And the cost is high for us as a small non-profit.

**What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?**

I use BILL AP/AR for keeping up with my payables and receivables. It allows me to have digital copies of all of my accounts payable documents, which is very convenient. Being able to pay bills through the platform is very helpful. I also find it beneficial to receive payments from customers using the AR function. The integration with QuickBooks Online works smoothly, and setting it up was extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?**

I may be doing something wrong, but I would like it if the AR feature would be able to create lump sum deposits when syncing to QuickBooks online. That's been one feature that causes me to have to do individual deposits rather than lump sum deposits.

**What problems is BILL AP/AR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BILL AP/AR for managing my payables and receivables. It solves the problem of organizing digital copies of accounts payable and allows payments to be made easily. Receiving payments from customers for AR is also convenient.
