What do you like best about Bilflo?

I like how user-friendly the interface is, and how it made the lives of our administrators so easy. We were able to cut labor costs by almost 50%, as we don't need to pay overtime to correct manual data entry errors. Our administrators are now focused on other priorities that are really helping the business instead of doing repetitive tasks!

Their Business Intelligence is the real data, it gave us a different perspective and pointed us in the right direction so we can grow our business!

What do you dislike about Bilflo?

It would really be helpful if there is an option to notify managers if a supervisor rejects an employee's timecard as in most cases this needs intervention. But overall, I will still recommend this. 10/10 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bilflo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were looking for ways to automate our back-office processes but didn't want to go with end-to-end solutions as we want to keep some of our tools. What do you like best about Bilflo?

Easy user interface and integration with our existing systems (like payroll) without disrupting our day-to-day operations were some of the reasons we got Bilflo. Most softwares we evaluated offered an end-to-end solution, and we don't want to spend more or dispose of what we already have working.

We initially used Bilflo to address our growing back-office pains on time management and invoicing. Then the real-time business insights it generated (using our actual data) turned out to be the most helpful tool that equipped us to make informed business decisions. What do you dislike about Bilflo?

The capability to print out reports directly in excel format would be a good feature (but not a deal-breaker) because right now, we have to convert the file to a pdf format before we can print it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Bilflo:

What problems is Bilflo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Gone were the days of duplicate entries, multiple spreadsheets, back and forth emails due to wrong pay stubs, and sleepless nights to put together reports or get the information we need to make wise business decisions.
