Bilbee is invoicing and tax for Australian sole traders. Send invoices and quotes, keep receipts, and see a running estimate of the year's tax and what to set aside from each payment. If you're registered for GST, Bilbee prepares a cash-basis Simpler BAS worksheet (G1, 1A and 1B) from the same records. If you're not, it tracks your turnover against the $75,000 registration threshold. Your accountant can view your books for free, read-only, or you can hand them the EOFY pack of spreadsheets and receipts. Free covers five invoices a month, for as long as you like. Standard is $15 a month and Pro is $29, in Australian dollars. Expenses, BAS, the tax estimate and accountant access are never capped on any plan. Bilbee is for one person on an individual tax return.
