It used to work great but lately has a bug in that it won't finish uploading to the cloud on a Mac. I've verified that this is a known bug with Mac and BigVu but they have no ETA for a fix. Right now it is unusable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Purchasing and activating the product was easy and I liked it. However, I cannot say anything else positive to say based on my poor experience with BIGVU. I am very disappointed in their lack of urgency in dealing with an error they have made. I am shocked that my account was deleted without notice, and I am unable to use the service I paid for due to an error on their part. It's been over two weeks of back and forth, and I've spent several hours trying to get someone to care enough to fix the problem. It's extremely frustrating, and it's not what I expected when I signed up for BIGVU. This is not acceptable customer service. BIGVU is not something I would recommend to anyone. I like BIGVU for its powerful features that allow me to create professional looking videos in a short period of time. It has all the tools that I need to make my videos look good. The interface is easy to use and the video editing tools are easy to find and simple to use. I can create a variety of videos using different templates, themes, backgrounds and text styles.
