However, I cannot say anything else positive to say based on my poor experience with BIGVU. So far, the integration has been difficult for me. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with BIGVU and would not recommend them. **What do you dislike about BIGVU?** I am very disappointed in their lack of urgency in dealing with an error they have made. I am shocked that my account was deleted without notice, and I am unable to use the service I paid for due to an error on their part. It's been over two weeks of back and forth, and I've spent several hours trying to get someone to care enough to fix the problem. It's extremely frustrating, and it's not what I expected when I signed up for BIGVU. This is not acceptable customer service. Sometimes I have issues loading pages on different laptops, but mobile has always been fine.
