Recommendations to others considering Bigtincan Readiness (formerly Brainshark):
When considering Brainshark as a primary LMS for an organization, the unique benefits are very specific: Coaching and feedback enablement, the simple content creation engine with excellent reporting when used, and the ability to publish links to external-facing training. There is no denying these are valuable. However, in a larger or more complex organization where content is being created using courseware (Storyline, etc.), you lose that advanced reporting ability. If you have stringent reporting requirements, such as in the medical industry where curricula must be audited by regulatory bodies, the limited reporting functionality will be a headache. Brainshark's coaching functionality is enabling seeing faster Time to Trained as well as improved confidence in new hires. We expect the "many hands" content creation capabilities to pay dividends as more subject matter experts are creating their own content as well.
