Being able to share links and QR codes makes sharing content very easy. Allowing the viewer to use the guest book feature to track viewership rather than a formal login really helps when a lot of the viewers don't have regular access to an email address or computer. We also have the ability to upload unlimited custom content and make easy edits right in the system. Compared to competitors, these seem to be unique features that has kept us with Brainshark. The integration process was really rough. It took a lot longer than expected and cost a lot more too. To be fair, we started the integration project right at the sale of Brainshark to Big Tin Can.

Having worked through the implementation of Brainshark for a large company, some of the features like scorecards and reporting aren't very easy for leaders to manage. This may be due to the complexity of the company having 160 locations. I feel for fewer locations, it would work really well. It seems that Brainshark is continuing to invest in scorecard upgrades and the interface though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer service staff is always helpful and responsive. The user interface is pretty simple and intuitive for most functions. The range of functions and capabilities is very large for this space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool doesn't generally 'remember' where you've been or what you've entered as search parameters and so you have to re-enter things repeatedly if you are searching within a particular folder or otherwise doing some repetitive. Also, the interface defaults to a 'card' interface but gives you the option of converting to a list. I would prefer to be able to set this up once in my user settings and then not have to do it again. But currently I have to do it every time I log into the tool - which can be multiple times per day at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We love the variety of ways we can use Brainshark to support our L&D programs- from creating and sharing CBTs, assessments, PPTs, videos, documents, etc. It's just so versatile. Plus, the user-friendly interface makes it easy to use and learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
