The ease of use from both a content creator and learner is very straightforward. The learning curve is non-existent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bigtincan Readiness (formerly Brainshark)?

My primary issue with Brainshark is the admin/content creator UI and course building is archaiac compared to other learning management systems I've used in the past.

The scorecard and reporting functionality it not untuitive and we've struggled to engage managers with reporting capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
