Working with Brainshark was new to my department, and I was new to the role, so we started from scratch and our Brainshark team was always on call to help us. I trained one-on-one via video call with Tom S. and Grant Farrell during my time on this project. Both guided me step by step through each process. When our team encountered a setup issue using a Presentation link within a course, we contacted Grant in a panic and he made the time to meet with us and guide us through a simple fix. The team is excellent! Brainshark Support is also very responsive and kind. **What do you dislike about Bigtincan Readiness (formerly Brainshark)?** I have not yet learned about a function that allows engagement across a cohort of viewers/students. This function is not needed for our purposes as we only use Brainshark for Course Authoring.
