We also like the idea of being able to quickly assemble presentations. That said, the fact that CS can't support much of our design means that we've not used it nearly as much as we had hoped. **What do you dislike about Bigtincan Engagement?** We use highly designed keynote presentations with animations, video, etc. and ClearSlide doesn't support much of it. For example, even HD videos that you upload don't play full screen. They also have limited font support which means to preserve the design of our presentations, we have to export them to a PDF which sort of defeats the purpose. **Recommendations to others considering Bigtincan Engagement:** Test your content first **What problems is Bigtincan Engagement solving and how is that benefiting you?** None yet. We had some issues initially with setting it up at our end and at Clearslide's end . . . but the support from the Clearslide team was great. Very hands on and attentive to our needs .. I can't say enough about the support from our account manager Perri Kylow. What I liked best about the product was the ability to see through LivePitch who on the presentation was engaged/paying attention and who was not. This provided good insight not only when presenting to customers but also internal meetings. **What do you dislike about Bigtincan Engagement?** It was challenging to get our sales reps to adopt the Clearslide tool. We had Webex as the standard across the company and SalesForce and there were similar capabilities as far a logging activity with SFDC. I think the mechanics of launching the LivePitch application was not as easy as WebEx and the sales reps didn't want to bother with the set up. It was and is challenging for adoption. **What problems is Bigtincan Engagement solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our sales reps were not logging in Salesforce so we thought we would provide them with a tool to help with it. I use Clearslide to log my emails in to SFDC and some reps do. What is challenging is that logging email communications into SFDC is only piece of activity that the reps need to log. . .. tasks and meetings are not logged via Clearslide so this still had to be done manually or from SFDC. ### 27. ClearSlide allows you to house all of your presentations in the cloud and records reps activity in turn to provide sales managers insight into how to clone their best sales rep by looking at their activity/day to day. During a demo, you can switch from presentation to presentation/deck to deck on the fly. This means you have the option to answer any prospect's questions on the fly with appropriate visuals WITHOUT needing to schedule another follow-up or minimize your window and expose your whole desktop and all your other tabs/windows. The Email Pitch is nice too. You can create links to presentations to share with prospects in a follow-up email. All the "Email Pitches" are tracked so you can see when people open them and see what they view (how long they spend on each slide or how long they spent reading what you shared). I personally don't really ever look at the slide by slide tracking. **What do you dislike about Bigtincan Engagement?** The gmail plugin is very bug-y. I get 'logged out' one a week or so and get these small pop-ups (4+ at a time) asking me to login... but if you log in, the window disappears and repairs to ask you the same thing. I've asked friends that work at ClearSlide whats wrong and none of their options have worked. **Recommendations to others considering Bigtincan Engagement:** If you want to arm your reps with the ability to collaborate, learn from top reps, demo on the fly, and sometimes be able to track when people open their emails-then ClearSlide is perfect. It's also perfect for inside sales teams (both development reps and account executives can easily use this) Marketing would buy ClearSlide to see how effective the content/collateral is or if their Sales team is actually using the content they made/using the most up to date information. **What problems is Bigtincan Engagement solving and how is that benefiting you?** The live pitch helps with sales demos, it always works instantly for my end and my prospect's. So no more technology problems (I've had nightmares with Go to Meeting, WebEx, Join.me in the past).
