Some rich media elements like video or audio don't always load correctly and it's difficult to express some elements to clients who don't see that rich media. I recommend you reach out to our support team if you have experienced any issues with rich content, your clients should have no problem viewing audio and video media elements. Also, for creating lots of links, I recommend you take a look at our Gmail and Outlook plugins- they can really speed up the process if you are working from your inbox. You could also attach content to an email with multiple recipients (instead of creating a single link), which would also allow individualized tracking for each recipient. Prior to SalesDirector I would just go to areas/red flags in the reporting where my drawn. SalesDirector gives me a single view that allows me to go through a consistent review process with each rep.
