Ability to review the data flow from the Office graph. Emails, meetings and phone calls give great data to match against time at stage and conversion rate. The ability to calculate activity index and relationship index from this data makes it easy to prioritize coaching efforts. Looking at the performance of top performing peers and their activities is a very effective way to motivate seller behavior. All of this goodness gives me confidence that the pipeline is being continuously inspected, my sales leaders are actually helping our sellers win deals and improve thier skill. What do you dislike about Bigtincan Engagement? SalesDirector is fantastic for Hunters. We are seeing great promise for Customer Success who handle renewals and expansion. Our business requires managing transactions that have the complexity of B2B buying processes, but our price points demand each seller handle many transactions. SalesDirector has helped us transfer pipeline inspection from Sales Manager to the machine, guide sellers to become more consistent with best practices and help us take action early enough in the quarter so that we can beat our number. The SalesDirector tool has been very useful in focusing our selling resources on a day to day basis. We are already seeing correlations between certain activities and customer contacts that prove to increase likelihood of a deal closing. The estimated forecast of sales by quarter is pretty darn accurate. The team at SD is very responsive and has worked very closely with us for a successful deployment. What problems is Bigtincan Engagement solving and how is that benefiting you? We wanted to give our sellers a starting point for each day to focus their activities for the greatest benefit. We also wanted a tool that provides coaching on the steps that work to close a deal. Scoreboards and leaderboards provide an added "fun" kick to the sellers. It's helpful that it tracks my emails and calls so my management can see that I've been putting the work in. The integration with our CRM is great too so I can see what other sales reps on my team have sent clients in the past (or even see their messaging and if it's anything I'd like to take and use.) It was also really easy to set-up, I just logged into the account and downloaded a plug-in for my browser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Bigtincan Engagement? The only thing I've disliked is that about 4 months of using it, it disconnected my plug-ins and stopped tracking my activity and I wasn't able to see this for a while. It was an easy fix (re-install plugins and re-connect accounts) and more of a minor inconvenience than an actual problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Bigtincan Engagement: If you're in management, it's a really easy way to track activity. If you're a rep, it's a time-saver so you don't have to log customer information yourself (or spend time showing management activity). I'd recommend it as a way to save time on admin tasks. If management wants to check on activity, we're able to share what we've done with little work on our end. Also, it's allowed me to see what other reps are sending (through a CRM integration) and I've taken some good messaging from other reps. It's also helped with keeping from over-prospecting into an account. Since it auto-creates contacts from email conversations, I don't need to spend time doing that in the CRM either.
