Clearslide is a strong sales & marketing content source of truth, where I can find most if not all official material, as well as be inspired by my peers uploaded materials that also live within Clearslide. Very helpful for communication/sharing with clients and it is very helpful to understand whether or not clients are engaging with content. Works well on both mobile and desktop. The best thing about SalesDirector.ai is the automation -- everything in my CRM is done for me. I'm able to keep track of my meetings and use SalesDirector.ai as an archive for all of the events I have done in the past. In addition to this, having the other features such as the scoreboard and leaderboard really helps me keep track of how I am doing and what I need to improve on. These tools are there to help you track your metrics and be on top of your business! Also, make sure to get all of the accounts you need connected to your SalesDirector.ai in order to maximize productivity and optimize the advantage you're able to leverage with this tool! What problems is Bigtincan Engagement solving and how is that benefiting you? With SalesDirector.ai, I'm able to update everything in the CRM immediately, which saves me a ton of time. With this automation, I'm able to delegate my time to my many other tasks I have to work on instead of having to do everything on my own. With the scoreboard and the leaderboard, I'm also able to keep track of my metrics better and compare those to other teams as well, which boosts my motivation and encourages me to be a stronger worker. This is a great feature that I didn't realize would have such a big impact on my work ethic, but it's definitely a good reminder of where I am standing and where I need to be in order to keep up with my team and excel. I like how easy it is to use for myself and for end clients. Sending the link to a client and having the ability to make adjustments to a presentation beforehand is great. My clients also like that they do not have to sign up for anything to view the content, they can just click and participate. I also like the insights section where you can see how engaged your client is throughout any given presentation. What do you dislike about Bigtincan Engagement? At times the download time can be a little long. Also depending on the format that I am uploading, the slides can be distorted and not the same format that I upload them in. There are times I have to download a presentation multiple times to get the format correct. I am able to host virtual meetings with clients when I am unable to meet them in person. I also like that I can keep clients engaged using the mouse and clicking on any part of a presentation that I want the client to focus on. Clearslide offers a unique alternative and really allows the presenter to control the narrative where clients can not see the content you are presenting before clicking on it. ClearSlide has formats and user interfaces for efficient and easy presentations for myself and my team. I like most of the software and services that feedback from users on our conferences. And there are very good email features that let us reach those who have viewed our presentations and make communication to them. I think there are some cheaper platforms such as Google Slides that will do a lot less of the stuff that ClearSlide can do. I think it was a bit difficult to make certain design modifications when I first began utilising ClearSlide. However the technical support could help.
