Inaccurate "health" of opportunities and the automatic next steps (which seem to have ceased lately) are often for the wrong opportunity. Contacts are added to accounts simply because the email address was associated with an email or meeting, and then the system adds incorrect contacts to opportunities. Clearslide was not very user-friendly when navigating the library. I think it may have had to do with how my organizations set up tags, but with content in multiple languages, the search engine was not very effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. We wanted insights into engagement during sales presentations and also a tool to help us present more effectively and Clearside was able to do this. It captures all information related to the opportunity like contacts, email activities, calendar etc perfectly. It's super easy to set up and integrate with Salesforce.
