I love how BigTime stores previous records, so I can always go back whenever I need to look at a recent project I've done. I also love the fact that I can run reports, like how many hours I've billed towards a project, by setting dates from one period to another to track my hours. It takes the legwork out of tracking hours over multiple periods and lets me easily run a report that gives me exactly how many hours I've used towards a project and what I did, which is really helpful when I need to reference a certain project. The setup was fairly easy, and the tutorial was very clear, allowing me to use it without any issues.
