What do you like best about BigTime?

It’s great to see how BigTime fits naturally into your daily rhythm — logging time right after a task or meeting, adding mileage as it happens, and wrapping up the week with a smooth approval process. When those pieces line up, staying organized feels much more manageable.

What do you like best about BigTime?

I like BigTime for its easy ability to input projects and reference what I've worked on on what dates. I can quickly flip through the weeks and see what projects were worked on, which helps when I need to reference this for billing or in conversation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BigTime?

Not something that BigTime can fix, but I do not have admin/editing capabilities as I am a project coordinator, so I have to request someone to make changes if there is a phase that doesn't exist yet or something about how we input time needs changed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The point about templated entries is a fair one. When your work follows a consistent weekly pattern, re-entering the same details can feel repetitive, and calling that out helps highlight where efficiency could go even further.

What do you like best about BigTime?

What I like most is how simple and easy the platform is to use. The interface is clear, and I can quickly complete

what I need without confusion. It covers all our requirements and gives us the resources needed to manage time

and projects properly. I also feel confident in the security and authentication process, which is very efficient.

What do you dislike about BigTime?

One limitation is that I cannot save a note if the informed time is 0.0. It would be helpful to record the reason for a

0.0 entry, such as approved time off or other exceptions. Having that flexibility would improve documentation

What do you like best about BigTime?

I like the ease of adding and tracking time for each project in BigTime. The Google login is also a good-to-have feature. The reports help me understand how I am allocated, helping me manage my time and resources. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BigTime?

The UI could be more nice and refined, although I have no issues, but I would like it to be a little nicer or at least be customizable to our company brand. Also, it needs an alerting system to notify employees if they have not filled timesheets by Friday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software can be a bit finnicky, especially when it logs you out due to inactivity (it doesnt automatically go to a standby screen and will let you input a ton of data before it informs you that you're no longer logged in which results in us having to re-input the data) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
