I would love to be able to search for an old entry using 1 or 2 words. Sometimes I need to find out an exact date a task was completed and have no other way to do so; other times I need to find outdated entries for different reasons. Once hours are submitted, editing them can only be done by HR or accounts payable, which can create unnecessary back-and-forth communication. It would be helpful to have a feature that allows users to flag submitted entries that need changes, automatically notifying the appropriate manager to unlock them.
