This means we can use the software anytime, anywhere! **What do you dislike about BigTime?** Update: Still rolling with the punches but dissatisfaction is growing. More and more the things we should be able to do are add ons or simply not possible at all with the software. While some of the help features have improved, I don’t think it is enough to justify using the software longterm. What's holding us back is migration and what that may look like. It appears that additional staff will be needed along with duplication of entries to ensure that nothing is lost. Frankly, do very deep research before you commit to the software. Speak to small and large firms (ours is small). **What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has timekeeping and billing features which enables us to invoice clients. Right now we have two open support tickets regarding issues that are affecting our outgoing invoices. One of them has been open for 6 months old and the other 16 months. In recent communication about the issue it became clear to us that they do not have any intentions to actually fix the issues. This is obviously frustrating because we do not like sending out invoices to our clients that have these sloppy errors prominently displayed. 2/28/25 Update: We are going through another cycle of billing and the errors in our invoices still persist. Will check in again. 4/4/25 Update: Another cycle of billing and our invoices continue going out with two different errors that have not been resolved. Will continue occasionally checking in to share our experience. 8/8/25 Update: It is been a while, but I thought the two year anniversary for one of our outstanding support tickets was a good time to check back in. We are still in the queue for attention to be paid to the aforementioned bugs in our original review. 3/4/26 - Just wanted to check-in to further update that the aforementioned issues still plague our invoices. I will reiterate that BigTime does some things well. However, use our experience and timeline here as an example of the company can be more focused on rolling out new features than they are driven to make sure that current features are working as well as they should be. 8/3/26 - Bugs are still not fixed. Please continue using this ongoing review as an example of the bugs and customer service you will have to deal with. The system may not be as flexible as I would like when I have to break a project down into step by step or add specific sub tasks. It can get a little bit complex doing workflows. **What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?** BigTime has changed everything we now do with projects and billing. It eliminates the errors risk by automizing time tracking and invoices without manual input. This has significantly improved our workflow and we now can dedicate ourselves squarely to delivering top quality results to our clients.
