I like that BigTime is accessible from anywhere, so I can record my time wherever I happen to be working. The reports are the part I rely on most. They let me reconcile the hours I've recorded, which means I'm not going back to make corrections at the end of the month. What stands out most for me is how quickly I understood the platform. I did not need any training to get going. The reports are simple and give me exactly the numbers I care about, without extra noise. I also like having a choice in how I log time: some days I type my hours in manually, other days I just run the tracker. That flexibility fits the way my work actually looks. Being limited to increments of a quarter of an hour makes tracking several tasks in one day slower, since each one needs its own line. The automatic reminders are also helpful because they keep me from forgetting to submit my timesheet. Once I became familiar with the system, I found the interface easy to use and navigate. BigTime has made a noticeable difference in several areas. Invoicing is much easier to manage, and time tracking has become simpler for the team, which also makes running payroll smoother. Project management has improved with better analytics, giving more visibility into performance. I also find the AI chatbot useful - it often helps me quickly find the right settings or configurations without needing to dig around too much.
