From what I have seen so far, the site is very customizable, so take the time to get it set up so that it appears exactly how you want it to appear. The screens are simple and easy to read. Reporting tools are helpful. Navigation to access all employees from the same page is nice. **What do you dislike about BigTime?** Timesheet approvals when you have multi-layers of approvals are a tad confusing. Would be nice if once the primary approver approves time, a notification is sent via an email to the final approver. I have to log in and check the system all day watching for my step to approve. The interface could be slightly user-friendly. **What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?** Forecasting employees on projects. Being able to quickly view utilization hours to determine how many hours an employee has been billable by various ways by ease of selecting by the week, month, quarter, year on the time tab in resource staffing.
