# Why has the intergration with QuickBooks cause an extreme slow down / delay in use of QB? It is almost non-functional with such a huge delay caused by intergration.

# What is the best report to show budget $ vs spent?
I need a report that shows where our budgets on projects stand, but can't find one that is suitable. We don't do a lot of task-based projects, so I can't use tasks to track the budget amount. We have a whole contract, say $100k, that we can do all the tasks under. The client doesn't care about each stage so long as we stay at or under budget.

# BT should auto fill hours allowed per phase by dividing phase fee by staff rate
also I should be able to enter a ratio, ie: if I know that 1 PM hour creates 2 drafting hours and 1.5 design hours, then the ratio 1:2:1.5 is a real representation of how a team functions. given this I should be able to apply it to a phase and for BT to auto generate max permissible hours per category of staff.

# How do I show a credit for an invoice that was paid in a previous cycle?
Task was accidentally billed twice (Fixed Fee) and customer paid twice. Customer did not respond to request to correct for a month, so new invoices on the project have gone out. Need to show that customer wants us to keep the double billed payment and issue a credit to them for future invoices,
