I had an excellent experience with this company when it was HostGator, but ever since it became BigRock, the quality of service has gone downhill. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about BigRock? When you buy a domain from BigRock, they automatically put it on auto-renewal. This happened to me with four domains. Out of nowhere, I started receiving renewal emails from BigRock while I was driving, so I couldn't check them immediately. When I got home, I discovered they had already charged \*\*₹8,184.48\*\* to my card. I contacted their support \*\*immediately\*\*, as it had been \*\*less than 24 hours since the renewal\*\*. I explained that I no longer needed those domains, wasn't aware they were set to auto-renew, and \*\*requested a full refund\*\* because I have absolutely no use for them. Instead of helping, they wasted my time on chat support with slow replies and generic copy-and-paste responses, only to tell me they couldn't issue a refund. \*\*I don't need the service. I'm not going to use those domains. The renewal had happened less than 24 hours earlier, and I contacted them immediately requesting a refund.\*\* Refusing to refund a long-time customer under these circumstances is extremely disappointing and shows a complete lack of customer care. Based on my experience, I would never recommend them to anyone. There are far better and more customer-focused providers in the market, and I would suggest going with one of the top companies instead. I never chose BigRock in the first place—I signed up with \*\*HostGator\*\* because of their excellent service and support. My account was later migrated to BigRock, and the experience has been nowhere near the same. They suspended my server and purposefully forced me to delete my files when they all were genuine website files which I needed. They have refused to provide a refund. Lost a loyal customer. Upsides of bigrock is that the 1. pricing for basic website hosting is very cheap. 2. .com domains starting below 100 rupees 3.Google workspace,vps hosting every thing is very pocket friendly. 4.Their user interface is also user friendly any one with basic knowledge can handle it. Tried other cloud hosting providers like GoDaddy but failed to meet the expectations due to customer budget restrictions.
