The platform plays an important role in monitoring vessel positions during emergencies. The BigOceanData team is highly responsive, always providing prompt and positive solutions to our requests. I also appreciate the ease of the initial setup. Fleet monitoring, vessel past trails up to 12 months, user and system zones, the weather section for forecast, and range and bearing features are all important to us. Accurate ship positioning is the most important feature during emergencies, and I am very satisfied with both the platform and the support provided. **What do you dislike about BigOceanData?** Nothing **What problems is BigOceanData solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use BigOceanData for reliable fleet monitoring and vessel tracking. Its features like Vessel Trails, Zones, Weather, and emergency positioning are crucial. The platform is user-friendly, and the support team provides prompt solutions. ### 2. It's very helpful to scout out new destinations. And the numerous functions are pretty straight forward to use. **What do you dislike about BigOceanData?** We don't see any downsides really. We have about a half dozen users in the office and I haven't heard any complaints about the system. **What problems is BigOceanData solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us to have an instant snapshot on our fleet's activities at any time, as well as the movement history of any of our vessels. ### 3. The basic stuff is there too, but if you are serious about tracking ships, plotting courses or knowing which ships were in a particular port at a particular time then this can all be evaluated. **What do you dislike about BigOceanData?** There is not much to dislike, certainly nothing serious. Sometimes it takes a while to figure out what you want to achieve but once done the system works very well. **What problems is BigOceanData solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is possible to see which ships were ahead of 'your' ship in a line up for a port and when they arrived.
