It's interface is fairly intuitive, it's stable, has bells and whistles galore and provides an excellent experience for our attendees. I like the ability to push offers, pre-recorded content is easy to load and the CC capability is great for our global audiences. The software team does excellent work in that they put up the requests of the user base, but they are particularly detailed at getting it working perfectly before getting updates out until they are near perfect.
