**What do you like best about biGENIUS?**

It is hectic to use the interface. Its not user friendly making it difficult to navigate the program and access all the features. The reports generated by biGENIUS are not helpful. Provide me with insights that are not accurate.

**What do you dislike about biGENIUS?**

One area where I feel biGENIUS needs to be improved is in providing security measures. They mention data management they dont specify the security protocols they follow. This raises concerns, about the safety of information.

**What problems is biGENIUS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

biGENIUS provides automation features I find that navigating through their platform is quite difficult. The user interface isnt very intuitive which makes it difficult to utilize its automation capabilities. This is frustrating and time consuming.

**What do you like best about biGENIUS?**

It makes navigating and operating the platform hectic. The poor interface adds to the poor experience. There are difficulties, in retrieving reports the functionality of biGENIUS is not good.

**What do you dislike about biGENIUS?**

It lacks a user interface making navigation and utilization of the platform quite difficult. The absence of documentation and customer support only adds to the frustration. The limited options for customization restrict its flexibility and adaptability when it comes to managing data tasks.

**What problems is biGENIUS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It hinders data-driven decision-making processes. biGENIUS has been obstructive to our business. Its automation tools and data analysis capabilities are not good enough to allow us to streamline our operations and make decisions based on data.
