Hearing the consumer say it, though, elevates it to a whole other level. It's incredible how powerful it is to hear favorable comments from a customer. **What do you dislike about bigears?** It's a new concept and need to provide with more features to attract the customers **Recommendations to others considering bigears:** Bigears is the first company in the world to specialize in using human voice in customer experience programs. They brought the "voice of the consumer" into the boardroom and backed it up with all the quantitative data you'll ever need to make any business decision. **What problems is bigears solving and how is that benefiting you?** Through voice feedback, we were able to keep several consumers who were about to quit us. A recent example was a consumer with a lending value of half a million dollars. We were able to remedy the issue and keep her business despite her dissatisfaction.
