We love the availability to contact information through the internet allowing customer access at and away from the office. The customized contact fields are useful for both customer and vendor information. Multiple user base allows all office staff access at or away from the office. Great scheduling, emailing and mailing capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Haven't figured out how to merge duplicate entries. It sometimes easily pops out of the email screen and loses your entire email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm having a problem with meetings that I'm missing and they get dismissed and don't stay on my calender. I wish there was someway I could change them to reacurring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Thanks for taking the time to review BigContacts. I checked your support history and see that you were able to get this resolved/clarified through our support team.
What was discovered is that the meetings in fact were not the "removed/deleted" but they were actually moving from the "upcoming meeting" folder into the "contact history" folder after the meeting had passed.

Thanks for your review of BigContacts. I wanted to let you know that you can in fact view both your meetings and tasks on the same screen. If you go to the "Calendar" tab you will see that in any f the views (day, week or month) the meetings are always listed on top and all of your tasks are listed right below your meetings.
Finally, if you're tracking birthdays for your contacts you can even choose to have this displayed in any one of those views as well. I've included a link to an article that will you a general overview of the calendar and where you will see both your meetings and tasks.
