Platform is extremely lacking. The whole business model is designed for you to download apps for basic functionality and therefore pay additional monthly fees. For instance, Do you want your products to randomly rotate on page refresh? Sure, you have to purchase an app to do that. Do you want set pick up in store only for specific products? Yep, you have to pay $75/month for that. Do you want realtime shipping quotes? Can't do that without an additional monthly fee. Finally, we noticed we were billed for the whole year. Unfortunately we caught it too late and they refused to refund us. So now we are stuck with a platform that won't do BASIC functionality without spending additional exorbitant fees.
