We build agents that act on real systems (desktop, cloud and the operating system) through MCP tooling; citation-backed extraction and search over dense, regulated documents; retrieval-augmented generation (RAG); and voice AI. We also cover the work around them: LLM inference and serving, MLOps, and cloud and DevOps. What makes these systems trustworthy is built into the engineering, not left to policy. Every agent run acts as a scoped principal with its own token. Irreversible actions are approved one at a time. Personal data is encoded before the model sees it and decoded after. Every response is checked against policy on the way out, and every step, including failures, lands in a record you can replay. The agent is treated as untrusted and checked in code before it acts. Our case studies say plainly which systems shipped and which were only tested. Engineers are vetted on a system they built and a break we watch them fix, and they stay on one product from start to finish. There are three ways to work with us: - Embed one to three engineers in your team. - Take a CTO-led pod of three to eight engineers and QA, led by our founder as fractional CTO. - Buy a fixed-scope build covering discovery, build, evals and deployment at a fixed price. Engineers can start within days once documentation is complete, and within two weeks at most. Embedded engineers come with a one to two week trial, you pay only after it, and you can swap an engineer at no cost if the fit isn't right. Fixed-scope projects start with a paid proof of concept.
