What do you like best about BigAnt?

BigAnt offers your company an instant messaging service, based on a central server that works to establish LAN and WAN connections, through which it offers a very easy-to-use interface, with a contact list, video conferencing, file transfer, word filtering, voice calls, remote control, offline messaging, and even sending emoticons. Work teams can be organized, groups and tasks can be assigned, individual or group chats can be created, so that communication is organized and responsibilities are divided within the information channel. What do you dislike about BigAnt?

There are many advantages that BigAnt offers us in terms of communication, but I want to highlight the greatest advantage that has allowed us, the Systems Analysts, to understand the importance of using and implementing BigAnt because it allows for remote assistance, helping to resolve any issues within the network without having to be physically present or simply scheduling assistance when the user is not using their computer, which allows total access to the system without interrupting work activities. BigAnt is an instant messaging service with which we can assist and participate in a practical way, simplifying the communication process within the company. I haven't had issues to deal with this particular software, but the one bad thing and the reality is that all applications of this kind have it, is that when we don't have a fantastic online connection, the program doesn't do the job nicely, but with that you cannot fight, because net is crucial for everything. What do you like best about BigAnt?

Despite its simple graphical interface, it is really wonderful to communicate internally without the Internet, it is a very fast and very intuitive software, we can upload files, send messages and communicate without any problem, thanks to its communication tools that it integrates, it is a simple software But that meets expectations.
