**What do you like best about Big Picture?**

We can easily use a gantt chart to plot program and project schedules accuratey and in real time, so all team members are aligned to the project's milestones. The team will also benefit from the resource management integrated with the time tracking to calculare costs.

**What do you dislike about Big Picture?**

Plan for the scale of your team in advance. Also permission assignments are an issue that must be learnt well in advance, so people can see the right projects in the same Gantt chart.

**What problems is Big Picture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are tackling the complex issues of program management and the challenges of communicating to the team the real time progress.
