BHG is a great tool for brainstorming, writing out simple process flow diagrams quickly; or sketching down relationships between objects / ideas / systems etc. I particularly like the simplicity and the way I can use keyboard shortcuts to very quickly create a process flow without touching my mouse. **What do you dislike about Big Hairy Goal?** I guess the simplicity is what I like but also an area where it could be improved... just a few more features (particularly around process mapping) would be good - but then it might become too complex! I hope the developers are able to keep the elegance of the solution that they have balanced with thoughtful additional features in future. **What problems is Big Hairy Goal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allows me to quickly take notes, build mind maps, process flows, and jot down complex ideas or systems and include notes or relationships beween them.
