BidWritePro is the AI-powered federal contracting platform built for small and mid-sized businesses pursuing U.S. government contracts. It combines three workflows in one self-serve tool: • Discovery — real-time SAM.gov opportunity search with relevance scoring, plus USAspending historical-award match-back, filtered by NAICS, set-aside, place of performance, and awarding agency. • RFP Parser — automated extraction of requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria from any RFP/RFQ/RFI into a compliance matrix. Supports restricted/CUI document uploads when SAM gates the attachments. • Proposal Writer — AI drafts compliant responses against the actual solicitation, auto-fills reusable company facts from your saved profile, and exports a finished proposal to Microsoft Word. Built specifically for SDVOSB, 8(a), WOSB, HUBZone, and other small federal contractors who can't justify GovWin IQ or Deltek pricing. Flat $199/month, 15-day free trial, no sales call, no implementation fee, cancel anytime.
