BidWalk is AI estimating software that converts verbal job site descriptions into detailed, itemized quotes. The software captures spoken descriptions of work during site visits and generates line-item estimates with separate labor and material cost breakdowns. Each line item displays pricing source attribution, indicating whether figures originate from a custom price book or built-in estimates. Contractors can modify pricing, add items, or remove entries before finalizing quotes on-site. The software eliminates the need for forms, photo staging, or post-visit data entry. Completed quotes are shared through a browser link that clients can access to review and sign electronically. BidWalk enables contractors to create and deliver estimates during job site visits rather than completing them afterward.
