What do you like best about Bidtracer?

What I like best about Bidtracer is the accessibility to our clients to bid on specific plans and specs. This function has made it highly beneficial in our contact to sales ratio with closing business. Once our clients accept the bid, they can easily manage that project by adding in other collaborators. It has made an overall improvement in the organization for the clients and us to keep track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bidtracer?

The only thing I dislike is the lack of oversight on the system itself. When someone is in a lower-level position within the company, there are certain restrictions for what they can and cannot do. Along with it being a new system, I think there need to be some general bug fixes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bidtracer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Bidtracer, there was always a lack of organization between clients, bids, and lead trackers. We were using Excel to keep up with all of the data, but it could not keep up with the amount we did have.
