I use Bidscube for our programmatic activity, especially for oRTB to connect with supply and demand partners. Connecting supply and demand is pretty easy and efficient. I find the platform optimized and efficient, and the team is very engaging. They provide information about different solutions to make better use of the platform. The initial setup of Bidscube was super easy, even without the demo from their team. Most of the setup steps are just copy and paste, which makes it easy for first-timers. In terms of improvement, I would suggest maybe some more details can be added for the reporting section like number of requests you are receiving on a daily basis from each partner or publisher. The platform doesn’t require any specialized skill sets to onboard, which is great for our lean team. It's super easy to manage by our existing team. The excellent support team stands out as well; they help us with operational activities and to better understand the product's capabilities. I find the VASTags compatibility a bit frustrating as it requires some additional and complicated, uncommon parameters, which creates hassles with non-Bidscube platforms. So, VASTags should be made more compatible for easier integration. Also, I'm disappointed that Bidscube Lite doesn't let me see 'Ad requests' in any report or dashboard. What I like most about Bidscube is the level of white-label control and flexibility it offers. It enables us to build and run our own AdExchange while maintaining full ownership of the infrastructure, integrations, and business logic. The platform is OpenRTB-compliant, scalable, and highly customizable, which is essential in the programmatic ecosystem. We’re able to manage DSP and SSP connections, control QPS, optimize traffic flow, and adjust floor pricing based on performance data. Another key advantage is that it isn’t a “black box” solution. We have clear visibility into how requests are processed, and we can fine-tune the system to match our strategy. One of the biggest challenges with Bidscube is that it isn’t a plug-and-play solution. It takes strong technical knowledge and a dedicated team to configure, optimize, and maintain the platform properly. For companies without an in-house ad-tech or development team, the initial setup and integration can feel complicated and time-consuming. On top of that, performance optimization—such as QPS tuning, traffic filtering, and floor adjustments—requires ongoing monitoring and hands-on expertise. The platform is powerful, but you need the right strategy and technical understanding to really unlock its full potential. What problems is Bidscube solving and how is that benefiting you? Bidscube addresses our dependency on third-party ad exchanges by enabling us to build and run our own AdExchange infrastructure. Rather than operating with limited margins and reduced transparency, we now have full control over bidding logic, traffic routing, partner integrations, and revenue optimization. It also supports better QPS management, helps us optimize the OpenRTB request flow, and makes it easier to monitor traffic quality. As a result, we’ve reduced inefficiencies, improved fill rates, and can adjust floor pricing and supply-demand relationships in real time. For us, the biggest advantage is ownership and scalability.
