It features automatic bid generation, automated scheduling and estimation, and the ability to submit bids to multiple job boards automatically. Bidscaler is ideal for contractors looking to increase their profits while decreasing time spent on bidding and paperwork. Bidders can also use the system to create detailed instructions for subcontractors and teams, all in one place. Bidscaler is a cloud-based software that helps contractors build bid instructions and track their progress. Bidscaler helps contractors with tasks like scheduling, estimating, managing subcontractors and invoicing. Bidscaler also automatically captures bid data and lets you view it in an easy-to-read dashboard. It uses machine learning algorithms to analyse cost data and automatically create bid instructions for subcontract scopes of work. BidScaler allows me to keep track of all my construction projects. It allows me to track progress clearly and share it with all my team members. It amazes me that we ever got along without it. Primarily, my only complaint is the initial learning curve and subsequent training investment to get everyone on my team on board. We previously used generic project management software that made it difficult to finesse our specific needs. BidScaler is built for large (and small) construction projects.
