There is so much to like about this program. A couple of the things are that I no longer have to spend time each day following up on estimates we've sent out...the program does that for us.

Need printable version for customers. Hard for cust to upload more than 1 photo. Get a lot of complaints about that. We are a company with multiple estimators so it would be really nice to have it highlight or show that someone else is working on a certain bid. There have been a couple times we have opened one at the same time and it doesn't tell us if another person is already working on it. (We try to utilize the tags but sometimes move too quickly) Possibly different colors for sales people so if we click on it we will know it is in the works?
