**What do you like best about BidClips?**

Bill Casey (our support rep.) basically set everything up for us and it ran like clockwork the first year.  Customer sign up's are so much smoother with new customers.

**What do you dislike about BidClips?**

A 'quick quote' feature might be nice.  Not having to create a "customer/service request/bid/then job" to send a .pdf quote.

**What problems is BidClips solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More and more new customers these days don't want a phone call to sign-up.  With bidclips, they fill out a form and get the option to pay right away, then we get them on the books for service.  Bidclips really cuts down on having to play "phone tag" just to get someone signed up.

**What do you like best about BidClips?**

BidClips has given me insight and the ability to jump into our customer's onboarding journey at any point. We now put every lead into the BidClips system, daily as we receive their information. It is an easy to use from day one!I have one CSR and this system has allowed us to add low quality leads quickly that have lead to sales we may have lost due to lack of follow-up. In our old process, I would need to understand where my CSR had already been with the customer now I open the SR and know exactly where we are! We have closed 100% of our leads from the BidClips Widget on our microsite and that is a game changer. Calvin and Gabe have been extremely easy to work with! My questions are always answered timely.

**What do you dislike about BidClips?**

I have nothing negative to say it has improved every detail of my process of collecting customer data and turning that into a MoJo customer.

**What problems is BidClips solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have surges of leads at pivotal times during our season. BidClips has allowed us to quickly add those future customers and get a quality "looks like us and sounds like us" quote out in a matter of miinutes. It has streamlined my CSR SOPs so that anyone in the office can open a service request and continue the journey with the customer with ease. The follow up has given more thorough handling of those hard to convince future customers that we continue to follow through until you are a member of our MoJo family.

**What do you like best about BidClips?**

BidClips makes it easy to manage bids and jobs.  The integrated widget on my website helps me obtain service request when I am not in the shop.  Customer service is top notch!

**What do you dislike about BidClips?**

Would like to see in the future integretion to other accounting software.  It would be nice if the itemized bid would integrate over to quickbooks invoicing rather than just a blanket "service" single line item.

I have been really pleased with BidClips. From the initial calls to the day we went live, they have been easy to reach and came up with innovative solutions for our business. They have automated our follow ups and allowed us to close customers we may not have otherwise.

I am still learning the best way to incorporate BidClips into my sales process. But that is on me to implement the best strategy. BidClips has given us everything we needed on their end.

**What do you like best about BidClips?**

BidClips makes it easy to communicate directly with your customers instantly. Customers can use either their cell phone or email to send project details, request updates, and talk directly with the Customer Service Rep. 

The templates make quoting seamless as well. You can customize templates by the type of service that you perform to make quoting faster.

**What do you dislike about BidClips?**

Our company still has to use a separate platform for product pricing as BidClips does not have a pricing by square foot functionality (although I am told it is on the way). 

BidClips also does not import in to QuickBooks which our company uses for accounting purposes.

**What problems is BidClips solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BidClips helps attract new customers as it makes messaging our company incredibly easy. The widget on our website is user friendly and allows anyone to send in a service request.

BidClips is also fantastic about following up automatically with potential customers. One of the more difficult parts when sending multiple quotes out daily is finding a way to follow up with those customers that don't respond right away. BidClips makes this process automated so that we do not have to stress about it.

Bid clips is a very easy way to send quotes out to our customers. Also its a great way to comunicate with them as well.

Sometimes the customers do not complete there informstion and they end up doing it over multiple times.

**What do you like best about BidClips?**

BidClips has helped our small family glass business start showing up online and connecting with customers more easily. Can see this tool really helping us scale the business (and create ease for the owner). The BidClips team offers incredible customer support, walks you through the whole process, and is always available to answer questions.

We were able to connect BidClips to our website easily, and now we're running Facebook ads directly to the BidClips widget. In just a few months, we've generated a really impressive number of leads. We've probably converted about 20% of the requests that came in through the ads into paid jobs (which we easily collected full payment through BidClips). Excited to grow with this tool.

**What do you dislike about BidClips?**

I wouldn't say I dislike anything, but I know the team is currently addressing a few areas of opportunity. They're working on a pricing engine that will be huge (but today you can add pricing on all your parts, labor, and services easily). And deeper integration into our work order software would be amazing in the future.

BidClips helps us quote work to potential customers, schedule and collect payment, appointment reminders, and easily communicate about potential work and won jobs.

the ease of the program allows for a quick bid to be sent. Customer service is excellent when we ever come across an issue. Training was detailed and we got started on our own right away!

I wish there were just a message column like a chat box with different chats in one area.

**What do you like best about BidClips?**

We use it across 3 of our sales channels. Bid Clips is user-friendly and helps get bids transitioned into jobs much faster than our traditional method of quoting. I also like the automatic follow-up feature.

**What do you dislike about BidClips?**

I want the ability to go back into a bid and edit it instead of having to clone it and resend it. I would also like the ability to be able to add labor without having to break it down by the hour.

Automatic quote follow-up is great!  Getting bids to customers quickly and being able to accept them and pay for them online immediately is an excellent benefit for us.

Great way to talk to customers. Lots of options and ways to catalogue leads and make the most of people that use the tools. People seem to like seeing all the services we offer.

Haven't found a down side of platform. It is very leading edge and has helped drive some people from my web site to an actual sale. Very easy to use and I am still learning.

Messaging clients via the customer messaging tool has made it easier to request information, pictures and more! Canned messages also save a lot of time when messaging clients about routine information! Being able to assign leads to members of my team makes for seamless communication in our company as well!

Picture quality from clients is not always outstanding, but that is one minor inconvenience rather than an issue. Other than that, there is not much to dislike about this awesome platform

The ease of use, along with the customer interaction with the site. It makes getting a quote out to a customer very easy and quick. Plus every customer that has used the site for a quote has said how easy and seemless it was to use.

I honestly have not been keeping up with any of the fixes that have been done since I have joined the Bidclips team. I have not ran into any problems from day one.

There is so much to like about this program. A couple of the things are that I no longer have to spend time each day following up on estimates we've sent out...the program does that for us.
Also, I have 5 people in our office and we don't have to waste time asking someone if they've heard back or what the client said...all the communication is logged and channeled to one place that all of us can access either from the office or remote.

**What do you dislike about BidClips?**

I can't think of anything that is broken or doesn't work right...but I'm looking forward to when I can connect this program to other software programs we use like our Point Of Sale/etc.

**Recommendations to others considering BidClips:**

Lean on the support/training team. They are very good at what they do. If you try to just set it up yourself you may miss things and not be using it to the full potential. Its a solid platform that my whole team has found very easy to use - but that starts with making sure you train properly.

**What problems is BidClips solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like with any business...time is money. This program saves us a lot of time through automatic follow-ups as well as being able to pull up templates that we can use to quickly communicate with customers and send their bids/quotes out. That savings allow us to deal with at least 30-40% more customers than we would without Bidclips

Need printable version for customers. Hard for cust to upload more than 1 photo. Get a lot of complaints about that. We are a company with multiple estimators so it would be really nice to have it highlight or show that someone else is working on a certain bid. There have been a couple times we have opened one at the same time and it doesn't tell us if another person is already working on it. (We try to utilize the tags but sometimes move too quickly) Possibly different colors for sales people so if we click on it we will know it is in the works? Just suggestions. :)

Helps with fast quotes of 1 item or so. Very fast turn around for those. Customers have mixed reviews

They connect to our other systems to make everything work effortlessly.  Friendly, personable and fun!  It's been an easy process to learn from them as their teaching capabilities are exceptional!

So far we really haven't had any issues with Bid Clips at all.  They are constantly adding updates we never even knew we needed or could use which is a huge asset!

Adding more apps to their program to help auto-populate the information instead of having to continually put information in this place, then this place and so on.

Convenience for our customers who have busy schedules. Allows them to access on their time and we can still collect money after business hours and close jobs!

I have not found anything, so far, that I do not like about this program.

We had issues with sending bids to customers whose jobs fell outside our general service area, but Gabe went right in and changed the radius so that this was no longer an issue. Other than that, I have not had any problems.

Customers are able to find exactly what they need, and purchase the service even, before we get involved. It has really helped us streamline our sales process.

Pricing is not always accurate, and the GPS feature is buggy.

It's helping us collect potential leads from outside our normal (phone, email) and not have to chase them all down individually. This saves us time and money in the long run.

How it streamlined and organized our online ordering process for B2B customers at our manufacturing facility using the widget.   Customers love the look and feel how our bids are presented.  Automated follow-ups can produce up to 15% sales from what would normally be written off as "not our customer."

**What do you dislike about BidClips?**

The only thing I could possibly think of is trying to keep track of how customizable the program is.  I get lost in the many pages of configurations and endless possibilities.  I guess that's a good thing but it can be frustrating for me.

Tracking bids from start to finish.  Selling more jobs due to how professional our communications are.  Saving money by not rolling trucks when we can do quality bids over the phone and email.

The inability to change the original price once you do a quote.

This may be useful for companies that only do one specific type of business. If you have more than one department it is not helpful.

None. I cannot say that I am a fan of BidClips. This has basically been a lead source to add to our websites. Customers have complained about the repeated emails and texts they receive.

I really have enjoyed the BidClips platform. I am also in software sales and have seen a lot of platforms that help businesses from small to large, but honestly, I am really impressed how easy it is to use for any person no matter their comfort level with technology and it is a very user-friendly tool. My encounter with BidClips has made my home service projects simple and has saved me time and money. The BidClips seamless process gave me a glimpse that home service projects can be much easier than older standards in the past. Ultimately, the platform can help me focus on what I enjoy best, training, working, and boarding German shepherds while saving me time on wasted back and forth process with potential clients.  I am a single female business owner at Von Wilde LLC doing everything on my own, so with my obvious labor shortage, BidClips really helps small businesses like mine get the most out of what I have. I highly recommend it for all small to medium-sized businesses, and it is a useful tool for all types of services!

Truly no dislikes, I have enjoyed the customer service and clear connection and communication with the BidClips team to have my platform function the way that suits my unique business use case. They really give a personal touch and make themselves available for all my questions, so great customer service. I also enjoy the huge value I get and the increased revenue I have coming in from using BidClips for the low monthly cost of their services. I see myself keeping BidClips for the forseable future!

BidClips is saving time as a one-woman shop. It takes the "back and forth" with clients out of the equation of my daily workflow and helps me better qualify potential clients. It presents an estimate that tells my unique story and business model and not just some standardized template you may see with some other software. It also keeps me organized as I work multiple jobs, so my potential clients do not slip through the cracks or become forgotten to where I lose business.

Bidclips is a great system to automate a follow up system, and to add photo's/videos of the project, there are too many other features to talk about here. Bottom line is we love it and do recommend it to others to look into for their business as well.

sales reps not following up has been a problem that bidclips solved for us, a benefit is customers can pay a deposit online and they are getting follow ups consistently.

Webpage Widget.  It makes the process of requesting a quote custom to the person asking for it.  Not just a typical "contact form."

**What do you dislike about BidClips?**

The complaint is minor, when going through service requests and on pages 2, 3, 4, etc.; when you back out, you are returned to page one.

**What problems is BidClips solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem solved is the capture of quality leads from our website.  Not just name and email.

There not much I do not like as the company is always updating and improving

Some customers do not like using web platforms for deposits and recieving estimates.  Customers want to ensure the company they are dealing with are local and sometimes they do not get that feeling.

BidClips allows you to track of quotes and correspond with customers when they have questions.  It also allows our customers to request a quote during non-business hours.

**What do you dislike about BidClips?**

It would be nice to be able to move completed service requests under a different folder so you know the only requests in the Service Requests folder are pending.

**What problems is BidClips solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customers can keep track of their service requests easily and refer back to them should they have questions giving them more control.

BidClips has helped me keep all my tasks and leads together in one place. I really appreciate how I can estimate, collect payments, and schedule all in one platform.

**What do you dislike about BidClips?**

Sometimes some bugs make it hard to navigate certain features, but the IT team always responds to my requests and helps me fix the problems. In the future, I would like to see QuickBooks integrated with the software so I can complete my taxes and other business financials with ease.

The staff is always willing to help find a solution to our needs. Auto follow up is great.

Sometimes building the quotes can be cumbersome. Since I am not a daily user, remembering where to go to change things is difficult.

Followup has been the biggest upside. My sales people are not the best at it and having something do it for them is beneficial.

BidClips provides our customers with the best "customer experience" from the initial phone call to installation. It allows them to receive a quote, communicate, and make payments all from the convenience of their phone or computer, which is so essential in today's world!

Honestly, I do not dislike anything about the program. BidClips continue to come out with new releases, which make the program even better.

BidClips has enabled our associates to engage with our customers in ways we could never imagine 18 months ago.  This engagement has resulted in a significant increase in customers and revenue.  Our front-line associates are much more productive.  Our customer service representatives can handle more interactions.  Customers can interact with us on their time 24/7.  We have received a higher net promoter score due to a high level of communication and customer satisfaction.

**What do you like best about BidClips?**

Bid Clips allows us to communicate and quote our customers needs with speed and accuracy.  We love it as it saves us time and money, and our customers love it because they are not inconvenienced by needing to stay put and wait for us to show up!  It puts the customer in control, increases our turn around time, and creates cost savings and gross profit increases all at the same time.  And, its easy to use, and easy to train.

It can be a challenge to get existing employees to embrace change, but once they see this in action, they are convinced its the way of the future.

Make the move now.  Business is about change, and this puts you ahead of the curve.

We no longer send estimators all over town to close 60% of their estimates, so we save time, payroll dollars, fuel, vehicle expense, and frustration.  Our customers can make their decisions in the comfort of their home or office, share the bid with their spouses or business partners, and book and pay, online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!  We are getting jobs booked while we sleep, and our business in running smoother than ever, with less cost, and more profit.
