BidChamp is federal contracting software that streamlines bid management and proposal development for government contractors. The platform syncs federal notices from SAM.gov twice daily and scores opportunities based on a company's profile, including NAICS codes, set-asides, certifications, and keywords. The Opportunities section ranks matches by fit and offers detailed score breakdowns. The Dashboard consolidates the bid pipeline, tracking stages, win rates, and deadlines in board or table view. Market Intel provides competitive insights with historical awards, competitor profiles, and forecasts. The Proposals module uses AI to draft technical, management, and past-performance sections, auto-generates compliance matrices, and exports submission-ready documents in Word format. A synced Calendar tracks key dates with email reminders. BidChamp's AI is procurement-aware, leveraging RFP language and federal regulations to support capture workflows.
