**What do you like best about BidBook?**

Easy to use cloud based CRM, it helped us a lot regarding bids and managing projects. I liked the email marketing and client tracking features the most. So far so good.

**What do you dislike about BidBook?**

Too much notifications appeared to me while using it but it is still good. Also editing a bunch of fields all together would be better than doing each one sperately.

**What problems is BidBook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used it to manage bids in a current project, also it helped in managing the whole project. Since it helped us with management we were much productive and we focused on other sides more.
