Bidaya is an AI-powered RFP and proposal management platform built for architecture, engineering, construction, and consulting firms that compete for public and private sector work. Bidaya brings the full pursuit lifecycle into one place: finding the right opportunities, deciding which ones are worth pursuing, understanding complex RFP requirements, drafting the proposal using your firm's own knowledge, and checking the final submission for compliance before it goes out. Bidaya monitors more than 10,000 opportunities each month across Canadian federal, provincial, and municipal bid portals, including hundreds of municipal sites that are difficult for firms to monitor manually. Opportunities are matched to each firm's regions, disciplines, and expertise, giving teams a qualified feed instead of another database to search. When a new opportunity arrives, Bidaya analyzes the full bid package and extracts requirements, evaluation criteria, key dates, submission instructions, and potential risks. Teams can quickly understand what the client is asking for, assess fit, and make a go/no-go decision without spending hours reading through scattered RFP documents. For proposals, Bidaya works from the firm's own knowledge. It learns from past proposals, resumes, project sheets, methodologies, and other firm content to generate tailored first drafts grounded in real experience. Rather than producing generic AI copy, Bidaya helps teams reuse the right people, projects, qualifications, and language for each pursuit. Customers have reported reducing proposal drafting time by as much as 80%. Before submission, Bidaya checks the proposal against the RFP's requirements and evaluation criteria and flags missing or weak responses for review. Proposal teams remain in control of strategy, editing, approvals, and the final submission. Teams can also work with Bidaya directly inside Microsoft Word using the Bidaya Word Add-in, with RFP-aware chat, section generation, and compliance checks available alongside the document they are already editing. Bidaya connects with SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, and Dropbox so firms can use the knowledge they already have without rebuilding their content library from scratch. Every customer receives dedicated onboarding, live chat support, and scheduled check-ins with the Bidaya team.
