BidAuthor is an AI-powered RFP and proposal response platform for proposal, bid, and business development teams. Its agent, Arthur, ingests a live RFP, RFI, RFQ, or DDQ, extracts every requirement, and drafts each section using answers grounded in the customer's own knowledge base – SOPs, policies, product documentation, and past performance –rather than generic model output. Teams upload their proposal playbooks and approved phrasing so the system mirrors their voice and avoids unsupported claims, then review and export a submission-ready package as PDF or DOCX. Where a typical response consumes three to four weeks of dedicated effort and twenty-plus hours of formatting, BidAuthor produces a first draft in minutes, shifting human effort toward strategy and review. The platform is built for enterprise deployment and offers a free tier alongside paid plans for larger proposal teams.
