**What do you like best about Biconomy?**

One day, I lost my registered mail id password from my laptop, from which I had registered biconomy user id and all the details. I directly contacted the biconomy team, and they mounted my issue within twenty-four hours. So I realised that their customer support is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Biconomy?**

During my Sign up process, I faced issues in KYC steps, for which they declined my process two times. At last, I completed all my steps after two attempts. So it should be rectified.

**What problems is Biconomy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I recently joined the Biconomy Exchange, which was performing at a very high level. This exchange has been established and outstanding in the cryptocurrency market since 2019. They have great projects with a beautiful future, the most significant of which are the Biconomy NFT and Biconomy DAO, as well as the exchange currency BIT TOKEN. I wish them success in the future.
