The flexibility to access data from multiple points makes it more user friendly. **What do you dislike about BI Service by ThorApps?** As of now I have not witnessed anything that has disrupted my journey so far. I hope it will continue as is. **What problems is BI Service by ThorApps solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest benefit is the cost savings that I have incurred by migrating to ThorApps. Earlier I had to pay for servies which I didn't even use. Now since the model is consuption based, there is no issues of additonal payments involved. ### 2. IT becomes difficult to integrate data from other business applications or cloud platforms. **What problems is BI Service by ThorApps solving and how is that benefiting you?** BI Service helps to provide the data from SSRS to the users of SharePoint.
