BFrame is a convenient tool that helps us to automate all the financial tasks for our clients. The main advantage is that it is cloud based hence we can have a ready backup and data can be accessed anywhere. Also, compliance management is easier compared to other products in the same category. During critical downtime and business-stopping scenarios, it takes a while to engage the support team. The SLA for this can be improved. Using BFrame, we have automated the process of sending reminders to our customers via system notification 5 days before their due date. We have achieved this using workflow. It's fully featured Debt collection software designed to serve enterprises, SMEs. It provides end to end solutions designed for Windows. It is easy to use. It is cloud based. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about BFrame System? Only Bookmarks are the only top level pages. The use of too many frames can put a high workload on the server. Older browsers do not support frames. Navigating through a site that uses frames can be a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Handling bankruptcies, disputes, questions, etc without typing up an agent which will keep consumers up to date with automated emails and text messages.
