Bomgar is a great program that allows me to easily access and remote into other computers in order to help troubleshooting. It is easy to use with a personalized weblink OR allowing the individual to follow a link via email. This makes ease of access and the consumer feel safer with my actions. Although Bomgar is great, if many of us are on it at the same time , we can not have enough licenses and run out.
