Although Bomgar is great, if many of us are on it at the same time , we can not have enough licenses and run out. I would like it to automatically sign you out after a period of non activity so that people not in the office that forget to log out do not take a license when we need it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering BeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access: having the ability to log out after a period of inactivity and improve the chat function so that techs, consumer, and worker can communicate more fluidly. I find the consumer as a hard time finding the chat and is unable to respond because they have a hard time finding it or accessing it. What problems is BeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you? We use this for troubleshooting computers that are unable to talk through via phone line. This is anything the customer is having issues addressing via phone. This is beneficial in that we can keep security while addressing issues as well as not have to travel to each individual facing difficulties. It also allows us to go into private computers if our staff are working from home on their private computer and run into an issue.
