Outbound initiated traffic, port 443 only. Ease of use. DUO integration. SAML Supported authentication method. Ability to invite others to join your RDP session in progress. We did have an issue with RDP sessions dropping sporadically in 2020-2021. It did take some time for a software update to be released to correct that issue. We have not encountered this issue since.
